What to Prepare for Your Consultation at the Toronto Cosmetic Surgery Institute

Dr. Jugenburg conducts all new patient consultations at our downtown location at the Royal York Hotel. During this consultation you will have an opportunity to sit down privately with Dr. Jugenburg and discuss all your concerns openly. Your discussion is completely private and we follow Privacy Guidelines set up according to the Personal Health Protection Act 2004 (PHIPA).

Your consultation is scheduled for 30 minutes. Out of courtesy to our other patients, we ask that you arrive on time. To ensure we are able to explain and answer all your questions, please bring with you a written list of questions. If you need additional time with the doctor, we will be happy to schedule an additional consultation or answer any of your question at a later date.

We also encourage you to bring a friend or a significant other to help you listen and ask questions.

• any pictures which may help us understand your desired goals and expectations

Directions to the Toronto Cosmetic Surgery Institute.

We are located inside the Fairmont Royal York Hotel, on level B. Once you enter the hotel, please go to the EAST WING elevators and take them up to the B level. If you are unsure or feel lost, ask for directions to the clinic at the Concierge Desk or from the Bell Boy.

Parking at the Royal York Hotel.

There is a GreenP parking lot west of the hotel. Entrances are from University Ave or from York street.
RBC underground parking entrance is off Wellington street. As you drive from the corner of Bay St and Wellington, on your left side is the entrance to the underground parking. Take the South Tower elevators to UC (upper concourse) and follow the path to Royal York hotel

Public Transportation

We are located across from Union Station, with an underground pathway so that you need not step outside in case of bad weather
